Egypt – 50 MW EDF Solar PV Plant (Aswan Solar 21 S.A.E) (2019)

At EDF’s Aswan Solar 21 S.A.E plant, LinkVue implemented a comprehensive perimeter and site surveillance system. Due to strong winds and sandstorms, ruggedized enclosures and vibration-resistant mounts were used.

Smart cameras provided real-time alerts on both human and vehicle movements. Access control was linked to the plant’s HR system for efficient staff management. Fiber-based network infrastructure enabled high-speed, secure data exchange. Cybersecurity solutions were configured to prevent unauthorized intrusion at the digital layer.

Regular field inspections and software updates ensured consistent reliability. The system operates seamlessly under extreme environmental stress. Our work has contributed to EDF’s uninterrupted solar generation operations.
